100 Years of Flight

I did this piece back in 2003 to commemorate the 100 year anniversary of the Wright Brother's first powered and sustained, heavier-than-air flight.

My Final project for Intermediate 3D animation - I was working on the rig till about 2 in the morning the day it was due, and subsequently only had about 11 hours to animate, render, composite in After Effects, and burn to DVD. I'm suprised I got as far as I did - oh, and ignore the last half of the video with the black screen...
